How It Works
Create Your Design
Create an original design that fits the TorShade Gaming community and brand.
Your submission must be your own original work or work for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Submit Your Concept
Submit your design through the form below along with a $30 submission fee via Venmo (@torshade).
Include your name, email, and a description of your concept.
Review
TorShade will review your submission to determine whether it fits the brand and meets our standards.
Not all submissions will be accepted. The $30 fee is non-refundable.
Launch
If approved, your design may be produced and listed as an official TorShade product.
TorShade retains the right to modify, adapt, or decline any submission.
Earn
Eligible creators receive the agreed share of profits from qualifying sales during the promotional period.
Specific terms will be outlined in a separate agreement upon approval.
What does 'net profit' mean here?
Net profit is calculated after deducting production costs, platform fees, shipping, and any applicable taxes or processing fees. Your earnings are based on what remains after those costs are covered.
Important Before You Submit
Please read the following before submitting your design.
- The $30 submission fee is non-refundable regardless of whether your design is accepted.
- Submitting a design does not guarantee it will be produced or sold.
- TorShade will ask for a different submission if the prior was inappropriate.
- You must own the rights to any artwork, fonts, or elements included in your submission.
- Do not submit designs that include copyrighted characters, logos, or intellectual property you do not own.
- By submitting, you agree that TorShade may retain a copy of your submission for review purposes.
Step 1 — Pay the Submission Fee
Send $30 via Venmo Before Submitting
Before completing the form, send your $30 submission fee to @torshade on Venmo. Include your email address in the payment note so we can match your payment to your submission.
Once your payment is sent, complete the submission form to the right. We'll match your payment by email and respond within 24 hours.
